1.1These Terms and Conditions apply to the Aishah Sinclair Fan Rebate (“the Offer”), organised by Solartech Sales and Service Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 200101009639 / 545395-K) (“Solartech”).
1.2Eligible customers may receive an invoice rebate of up to RM1,500 (“the Rebate”) when purchasing a qualifying Solartech residential solar package. The Rebate is determined by the installed AC system capacity stated in Solartech’s final quotation.

1.4Systems below 5 kWac do not qualify for a Rebate under the Offer.
3.1The Rebate will be deducted directly from the price of the qualifying solar package and shown in Solartech’s quotation or invoice. It is not a cashback payment, will not be paid separately after installation, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another benefit, and cannot be transferred to another person or property.
3.2If the final system capacity changes following a site assessment or design revision, the applicable Rebate will be adjusted to the corresponding qualifying tier.
4.1The Offer opens on 1 September 2026.
4.2To qualify for the Rebate, Solartech must receive full payment for the qualifying solar package on or before 31 December 2026. “Full payment” means the total amount payable under Solartech’s invoice, received by Solartech in cleared funds. An invoice marked as paid is not sufficient if the funds have not been received.
4.3The customer’s enquiry must also have been registered in accordance with clause 2.1(b) before Solartech issued its quotation. An enquiry is treated as registered when Solartech receives the customer’s completed submission through the designated campaign page or successfully records the applicable referral code in its system.
4.4Where full payment is received after 31 December 2026, the Rebate does not apply, even if the customer registered, was quoted or paid a deposit before that date. Solartech’s records will be conclusive in determining the date of registration and the date full payment was received, except in the case of a clear error.
5.1All quotations are subject to Solartech’s assessment of the property and the customer’s requirements. Solartech will determine the final system design, installed capacity, equipment selection, suitability and price following the relevant technical assessment. Displayed package sizes or indicative quotations do not guarantee that a particular system can be installed at a customer’s property.
5.2Any savings, electricity-generation figures, payback periods or other performance examples shown on the campaign page are based on previous installations or stated assumptions. They are illustrative only and do not guarantee the results of any particular installation. Actual results may vary due to electricity consumption, tariff changes, weather, shading, roof conditions, system configuration, equipment performance and other factors.
6.1Solartech may amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
6.2Unless Solartech states otherwise, a qualifying enquiry registered before an amendment or withdrawal will continue to be assessed under the terms in effect at the time of registration. This does not guarantee approval of the customer’s application or the suitability of the property for installation.
7.1Personal data submitted in connection with the Offer will be collected, used and processed in accordance with Solartech’s Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian personal-data-protection laws.
8.1Solartech may request documents or information reasonably required to verify eligibility.
8.2Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate or fraudulent submissions may be rejected.
8.3Solartech’s decisions concerning eligibility and the applicable Rebate will be final, subject to applicable law.
8.4If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
8.5These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
